What is the cheapest enchant
Some skills, items, ect, need or have greater effect if you are under an enchantment of any sort.
So if im strickly looking for a long lasting, low energy cost, short cast time and recharge enchant, what should i go with. I would request that the attribute or the enchant not be in a primary attribute for a specific profession. Thx. Depends what situaltion you want it for. If you play para and are using [[Godspeed] and also have a MM in your team then the most efficient enchant to use is [[Dwayna's Sorrow] for example.

So you want a long lasting (or quick recharge), low cost enchantment?
From the Monk profession there are only two cheap enchantments that come to mind. Dwaynas Sorrow and Vigorous Spirit, both similar stats wise (cost, recharge, length etc) but Vigorous Spirit is more useful imo. From the Necromancer profession I can think of some, but they may not be what your looking for. -Demonic Flesh: Costs 1 energy but sacrafices a little bit of health (20%). Lasts nearly 1 min (like Dark Bond) but has a 1 min recharge. -Death Nova: Would look odd to use, but has a 30 sec duration even with no points into it. Low cost, NO recharge but has a 2 sec cast. -Withering Aura: Prob the best enchantment if your going /necro and are melee. Low cost, low cast time, quick recharge and a not bad duration. Also has a use, unlike the ones above =Mesmer= Only two enchantments come to mind again, Illusion of Weakness and Channeling. Illusion of Weakness lasts forever (well, until your HP drops below the amount) and isnt too costly. Channeling is good (use wise) and is cheap, good cast time, fairly low recharge and a duration of around 45 seconds (at high Inspiration). =Elementalist= The attunements and conjures last a fair amount of time, but they aint cheap, have a normal/slow casting time and fairly long recharge. Stormdjinns haste lasts around 20 seconds with high enough Air Magic but causes you to lose energy when running. Cheap though, with all the things you need. Frigid Armor lasts about the same amount of time as it takes to recharge (at high Water Magic) and has the things you need. =Assassin= Quite a few are in Critical Strikes (primary) though. The ones that aint are: Shroud of Distress Way of Perfection Way of the Lotus (useless if not using Dual Attacks) =Dervish= Aura of Thorns Sand Shards Vital Boon Attackers Insight Vow of Piety |

[illusion of weakness] lasts as long as you need it, but does cost 10 energy.
[conjure lightning][conjure frost][conjure flame] all last 60 seconds, but also cost 10 energy. [dark bond] lasts 30 seconds even with no attributes but has no benefit without minions, and it is only 5 energy. [demonic flesh] only costs 1 energy (and 20% health) but lasts 30 seconds with no attribute points. [contagion] lasts a full 60 seconds for only 5 energy. [death nova] lasts 30 seconds at only 5 energy, and has instant recharge. [masochism] another 5 energy, 30 second spell. Not sure what you want it for, but there are a lot of possibilities. |

A good one for melee classes would be Live Vicariously and/or Vigorous Spirit. Any one of the conjures lasts for 60 seconds and boosts damage.

Don't use items that give you enchantment based bonuses. They are sub-par compared to alternative gear. Use 15^50 on martial weapons and +10AL/+30hp/20%condition inscriptions on shields. A lot of mobs in the game carry a lot of enchant removal, and you are going to struggle to stay enchanted. It is far better to go with more consistent alternatives. |

I think you didn't read OP's post. Cheap, long lasting. Guardian ends really fast.
If you want an ench just for weapon, go with /E for a Conjure of some kind. 45 seconds, right? And it's not a waste. Or change to 15^50 or 15^stance if you have such. Unless you are a dervish. |
